## SECTION 1: BUSINESS REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT
All businesses intending to operate within the Digital Democratic Republic and engage in transactions using Nova Coin must register with the President of Nova.

## SECTION 2: REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Businesses must submit the following information to the President:
- **Business Name**: The official name of the business
- **Purpose**: The specific purpose or services the business provides
- **Owner(s)**: The individual(s) who own and operate the business
- **Capital Amount**: The amount of capital (in Nova Coin or equivalent) the business possesses
- **Assistance Requirements**: Any assistance needed and how it should be provided

## SECTION 3: REGISTRATION PROCESS
1. Registration applications must be submitted directly to the President
2. The President shall review applications within 7 days of submission
3. Approved businesses shall receive official recognition and may begin operations
4. Rejected applications may be appealed through the Judicial Branch
