Terms of Service

Last updated: October 12, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and T65Scout ("we", "us") covering your use of T65 Scout. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them. Questions? Email michaelcurley06@gmail.com.

1. The service

T65 Scout is a map-based lead-locator and lead-management tool for licensed insurance agents, covering leads in Florida. Lead data is compiled from third-party and public sources; we work to keep it accurate and fresh but we do not guarantee that any lead is complete, accurate, or will result in a sale, and we are not an insurance agency or a lead-generation guarantee.

You are responsible for how you contact people. You must follow all applicable laws and rules, including CMS marketing guidelines, state insurance rules, and do-not-call requirements.

2. Subscription and billing

3. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the billing screen in the app or by emailing us. Your access continues through the end of the period you already paid for. We don't refund partial months, and cancelling does not delete your account data unless you ask us to.

4. Your account

5. Acceptable use

Your subscription gives you and your company's agents a license to use the lead data for your own insurance business. You agree not to:

6. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, and lead data may contain errors or outdated entries.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost sales, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless the law requires otherwise.

9. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top and, for significant changes, let you know in the app. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
